You must have or obtain a domain and a hosting account; this is not included in the website cost. Both are straightforward tasks, and we will provide instructions.

We encourage clients to involve themselves in this process because it is important to maintain control of web-related accounts. (There are a number of instances where people have lost control of their domains and hosting accounts because the information was not registered in their name.)

Clients who are aware of the process are also less likely to let administrative details (such as domain renewals) lapse. However, for those who prefer we register the domain, obtain hosting and set up their e-mail accounts, we also provide this service.
